Benefits of a Healthy Mediterranean Diet

Hello from Sahara Restaurant!  Spring is almost here! Even though we have snow in the forecast and March weather can be very unpredictable, we have the most predictable outcomes in great Moroccan and Lebanese cuisine in Denver.  There has been so much written in the past few weeks about the healthy diets centered around Moroccan food and Mediterranean food and we cannot agree more!  We only use Extra Virgin olive oil and always include fresh ingredients in all of our generations-old family recipes.   Be sure to mention this Facebook post/blog dated the week ending 3-12-13 and receive a free order of Hummus!
