Experience Moroccan Food & Culture in Denver this Weekend

Sahara Restaurant in Greenwood Village, CO has been serving the finest in Denver Middle Eastern, Moroccan and Lebanese cuisine for over 20 years.
Moroccan cuisine is extremely refined, thanks to Morocco's interactions and exchanges with other cultures and nations over the centuries. Moroccan cuisine has been subject to Berber, Moorish, and Arab influences. The cooks in the royal kitchens of  Fes, Meknes, Marrakesh, Rabat and Tetouan refined it over the centuries and created the basis for what is known as Moroccan cuisine today.
One of Sahara’s most popular dishes is our weekend special Tagines.  Our Apricot Tagine is assuredly one of our most popular.  Apricots are just one of a number of fruits which can be added to Moroccan tagines, either alone or in combination.  These fruit tagines are served with lamb at Sahara, and for that reason, many of our customer’s frequent Sahara for special occasions or to delight their palates.
This weekend we are featuring the lovely Taka who will be dancing this Saturday night with two performances at approximately 7 and 7:30 PM. We would love to see you this weekend at Sahara Restaurant for belly dancing, tagines, and a celebration of Moroccan culture.
